The circuit of three cultures, the most complete

“Main Monuments of Cordoba” gives you the opportunity of knowing the three main cultural landmarks of the city: the Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs, the Jewish Quarter and the Mosque-Cathedral.

The Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs is one of the most impressive monuments of Córdoba. A fortress in whose walls it is written the development of the city, but also the one of the kingdoms and cultures that had the Iberian Peninsula as home.

The Jewish Quarter in one of the most charming and special places you will find in the city.  It has a history that recalls to the beginning of the millennium. Narrow streets and imposing buildings like the Synagogue, one of the purest three we still have in Spain, and like the Chapel of St. Bartolomé. You will walk around emblematic places like the local Zoco and the monument to Maimonides.

We will continue inside  the Mosque, you will walk inside without waiting any lines with a specialized guide. A monumental ensemble declared World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO in 1984. It is one of the most relevant and impressive buildings of the andalusian architecture and, probably, the most emblematic of the Hispano-Ummayad art.Come and visit the Orange-Tree Courtyard and a building that combines different enlargements from the primitive mosque of Abd al-Rahman I to the Christian Cathedral of the sixteenth century
