The most romantic plans in Granada

Whether it’s Valentine’s Day or your anniversary, any time is good to have a good time with your partner. Granada is one of the most romantic cities you can find, and this is due to its mysterious streets and views that make you fall in love. Its corners are full of magic

You can look for a more elaborated plan that will be a great surprise for your partner, but you should also know that, in Granada, any plan is good for a couple, no matter what it is. Sitting on a balcony watching the sunset will be the most exciting and one of the most beautiful moments you will have with your soul mate.

We are going to recommend you some perfect plans to do with your boyfriend or girlfriend, although all the moments that you live together will always be beautiful and unforgettable.

Sunset in the Alhambra

It may be one of the simplest plans, but we assure you that it will be one of the most special moments of your trip. Everybody who sees the sunset in the Alhambra say that it is the most beautiful sunset they have ever seen. You only have to imagine it: the two of you, sitting in front of the Alhambra in the famous Mirador de San Nicolás, watching the sunset. Forget about your mobile phone and photographs, as this is a unique moment that you should enjoy to the full.

Take a walk through the Albaicín quarter, through its narrow streets and magical corners before heading off to watch the sunset, and it will be the perfect afternoon. You can do all this after tasting the typical teas and sweets in the famous tea shops; a romantic snack is the perfect plan to start such a unique afternoon.

Arab Baths Experience

Don’t confuse the Arab baths in Granada with a typical spa that you will find anywhere. In the Hammam you can live an authentic, unique and unforgettable experience. You can bathe, receive massages, participate in rituals, among others. You will enjoy an ancient tradition, focusing on the general care of the body in a quiet and simple atmosphere inherited from Al-Ándalus.

You can find several Arab baths in the city. One of them is the Hammam Al-Andalus and in this place you will be able to choose between many different experiences. They also have the option of offering a gift card in case you want to surprise your partner. Romantic walk “Besarse en Granada”

A few years ago, the photographer Juan Linares decided to start a new adventure by bringing together the two most important things about Granada: its views and its romanticism. The Romantic Walks (Paseos Románticos) are an alternative of tourism in Granada. It is a guided route in which each couple creates their own romantic story, among laughter, kisses and unique moments. All the clients have loved the experience, saying that they could visit “small corners of the city adorned with our kisses”.

The tour includes two hours of romantic walk and 12 or 24 photos in a handmade album, plus many unforgettable memories. Visit the page of Romantic Walks by clicking here and reserve through the page or by calling +34 665 541 545.

Walk around Carmen de los Mártires

In Granada, the city’s gardens are known as “carmen”. This particular garden was built in the 19th century and contains a palace and several gardens of different types. A French baroque garden with a pond with the statue of Neptune; an “English style” garden, with a three-storey fountain; the Landscape Garden, with a pond; the Nazarí Patio, from 1944, in which we can see the typical elements of Nazarite gardening.

It is the perfect place for you to take a walk and enjoy all the gardens and their views. It is not a very well known garden, so you can enjoy a lot of tranquility. Besides, the entrance is free and you can find it in the Paseo de los Mártires.
